INFINITUM Completes the First Stage of CRM System Introduction

INFINITUM Group carries out a project for the introduction of CRM system integrated with other information systems of the company, which will create a single consolidated information customer database. By this moment, the first stage of the project has been completed: the CRM system has been implemented in the Customer Attraction Department, and it has been integrated with the corporate reference data repository.

‘Infrastructure business presupposes maximum customer satisfaction, improving the quality of services, launching new products and developing existing ones. This is possible only by employing the most advanced technologies. The use of CRM technology allows us to record all stages of negotiations with clients, take into account the wishes concerning existing services provided by INFINITUM, and mark service development proposals. In our opinion, the introduction of this new technology will enable us to build a constructive dialogue with our customers, to aggregate requests and to create new useful services on their basis,’ Dmitry Tselishev, Customer Attraction Department Head, said.

The first stage of system introduction has been performed by the system integrator Navicon. A solution for the MIC needs based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 has been implemented within three months.
