INFINITUM Joined PARTAD, Self-Regulatory Organization

On December 28, 2016, Specialized Depository INFINITUM, JSC joined PARTAD, Self-Regulatory Organization for depository and special depository activities as its associate member.
The Federal Law ‘On Self-Regulatory Organizations in the Field of Financial Market’ sets forth that a financial institution can be a member of only one self-regulatory organization of a certain type, but the same law provides for the institute of associate membership (a particular legal status). The possibility for a financial institution to participate in a SRO as an associate member is not restricted.
The members of PARTAD, SRO are major financial market organizations acting as depositories and specialized depositories. An active cooperation of Specialized Depository INFINITUM, Join-Stock Company with the members of this professional community will be interesting and beneficial.
Specialized Depository INFINITUM, JSC is also an associate member of NAPF, SRO (National Association of Pension Funds, Self-Regulatory Organization) and a full member of NFA, SRO (National Financial Association, Self-Regulatory Organization), that currently has the status of an SRO for depository activities.
