INFINITUM has obtained the status of an authorized depository in the Republic of Belarus

INFINITUM Asset Services was granted the status of an authorized depository on the basis of the decision of Republican Unitary Enterprise "Republican Central Securities Depository" (Order No. 18 dd. April 25, 2018). This status allows institutions to record rights to government securities of the Republic of Belarus quoted on the domestic stock market.

"INFINITUM has been holding a correspondent account with the central depository of the Republic of Belarus and provided its Russian depositors with the opportunity to execute transaction in securities of corporate issuers of the Republic of Belarus", said Vadim Burganov, Operations Director of INFINITUM Asset Services. – "Obtaining the status of an authorized depository allows us to record the rights to government securities of Belarus and is a logical continuation of our close cooperation with the Republican Central Securities Depository".

INFINITUM was the first Russian depository to open a correspondent account with the Central Depository of the Republic of Belarus in 2008. And in 2014, for the first time in the history of the Russian Collective Investment Market, INFINITUM accomplished the procedure for acquiring and introducing corporate bonds of the Belarusian issuer into the portfolio of a unit investment trust.
