INFINITUM Successfully Passes QMS Surveillance Audit

In August 2019 INFINITUM Asset Services successfully passed a Quality Management System Supervisory Audit on the compliance with ISO 9001:2015 criteria.

The lead auditor of the certification authority – Bureau Veritas Certification – found that the QMS put in place in the company fully complies with the requirements of the Standard and noted that the work is being carried out systematically and efficiently to identify possibilities for further enhancement and deployment. The audit also noted such strong points of the organization as structured risk assessment and management processes, strong focus on staff hiring and adaptation, high customer focus, and systemic measures to improve business reliability and continuity. Also noted were the staff’s high professionalism, profound knowledge, interest in the company’s success and the rendering of high-quality services, teamwork and commitment to INFINITUM values.
