INFINITUM topped the National Special Depositary Rating and confirmed high reliability in the PARTAD Depositary Reliability Rating for 2020

04.10.2021

In 2020, INFINITUM Asset Services repeatedly hit the top 3 of the National Specialized Depository Rating. The depositories were ranked by the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents, and Depositories (PARTAD) (with the participation of the SRO NFA).

The 2020 National Specialized Depository Rating is traditionally presented in the form of a table containing the key performance indicators of specialized depositaries, on the basis of which the rating was compiled. A specialized depository’s placement in the ranking was determined by the total score, calculated as the sum of rating points for all indicators. The rating is created with the updated Methodology, improved with the participation of NFA SRO experts, that takes into account not only quantitative but also qualitative characteristics of specialized depositories.

PARTAD also presented the rating based on researching Russian depositories: INFINITUM Asset Services has once again confirmed its position in the AAA reliability group.

The INFI/PARTAD National Depository Rating is an assessment of depositories' performance in terms of their reliability. The rating is calculated according to the Methodology which takes into account, among other things, the indicators characterizing the introduction by the organizations of a system of measures for depository activity risk management.

In addition to the ratings, other rankings of specialized depositaries were also compiled, where INFINITUM again ranked first by the value of controlled property, by the number of clients served and by the number of mutual investment funds’ unit holders. It also ranked in the top 3 of specialized dedicated depositaries in terms of total equity and insurance coverage. Apart from that, the ranking of the largest depositories by market value of the serviced securities as of 31.12.2020 was published, where INFINITUM Asset Services ranked first again.
