INFINITUM Starts to Prepare Mortgage Pool Register

INFINITUM Asset Services have started creating a Mortgage Pool Register.

On December 20, 2013, Bank of Russia Financial Markets Service registered the Rules of mortgage pool trust management called «Commercial mortgage», managed by Empire Trust, Closed Joint-Stock Company (Moscow).

INFINITUM Asset Services provides services on maintaining the Mortgage Pool Register pursuant to the Regulations of Specialized Depository for Mortgage Pool.

Apart from mortgage pool services within a common specialized depository services, INFINITUM is ready to provide assistance in analysis and launching mortgage assets securitization projects, such as mortgage participation certificate (MPC) and mortgage-backed securities.
