21.04.2014

On April 15, 2014, INFINITUM Asset Services joined National Securities Market Association, a self-regulatory organization (SRO NSMA).

National Securities Market Association is one of the leading professional societies, uniting about 220 stock market players from 27 regions of 8 federal districts of the country, transactions of which constitute about 70% of the Russian market.

Andrey Podoynitsyn, the member of the Board of Directors of INFINITUM Asset Services:
«After the new regulator had appeared, the whole situation on the market changed. If previously the main NSMA members were banks, nowadays, it is reasonable that other professional participants also join the organization. Membership in the association is naturally a determined step for us. Our priority goals include active participation in legislation activities and building relations with contractors in the banking sphere. NSMA provides all these opportunities in full».

INFINITUM Asset Services is also a member of self-regulatory organization Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD) and an associate member of non-commercial partnership National Association of Non-Governmental Pension Punds (NAPF). According to PARTAD, it is one of the industry leaders from the beginning of assessment of professional players by the self-regulatory organization (2002).

Company representatives take active part in law making by direct cooperation with the regulator and supervising authorities, often act as initiators of changes, take active part in activities of different committees under the Moscow Stock Exchange, NSD and SRO of the financial sector (NAUFOR, PARTAD, NAPF).
