In the period of 21-22 October surveillance (inspection) audits of IT service management system (ITMS) was held in INFINITUM in order to check their compliance with ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 international standard. BSI acted as the auditor.

During auditing a range of IT service management procedures were checked, and efficiency of incompliances elimination, detected during last year audit. The audit showed: all incompliances have been eliminated, no new incompliances have been detected, the system is developing and improving actively.

Valery Girko, leading auditor of BSI, stated in his report: «based on the actual proofs submitted for audit, fields and procedures that were audited, were accepted as efficient. Following the audit result I consider issuing a positive recommendation for the certificate prolongation».

«It’s impossible to imagine modern life without IT-technologies, moreover, development of your business. IT-services management is one of important aspects of INFINITUM operating and work, — says the Managing Director Pavel Prass, — Untimely provision and bad quality of IT-services may result in serious consequences for the company, including certification risks for the right of professional activities performance, financial and reputational risks, and decrease of compatibility.»

On order to prevent such risks and improve business stability, INFINITUM implemented IT service management system (ITMS) based on the requirements, recommendations and provisions of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 international standard in the last year. The standard provides requirements for arrangement of all necessary procedures that ensure IT-services provision.

It is worth reminding that recently INFINITUM successfully passed two more audits: quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 international standard and information security management system for compliance with ISO/IES 27001:2005 international standard.
