INFINITUM is the First in Russia to Receive pre-LEI Code

INFINITUM Asset Services has become the first Russian company to receive pre-LEI code from NCO CJSC NSD according to ISO17442 requirements, aimed at improvement of transparency on the international financial market.

Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is a unique code , which allows for unambiguous identification of a legal entity, both at the local market (in Russia), and in case of transactions in other countries and at the international level. Legal regulation of codes assigning and control over the Global LEI System, GLEIS, is under authority of Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC) established under Financial Stability Board.

In future, pre-LEI will allow INFINITUM to carry out financial transactions on American and European markets, where this code is obligatory for submission of financial reports, and also minimize errors while carrying out transactions, simplify reporting to the market regulators.
