INFINITUM Asset Services Acquires Share in the Central Depository of Funds Registered Capital

INFINITUM Asset Services has completed a transaction on purchasing 19.9% of the registered capital of Central Depository of Funds, LLC (CDF).

INFINITUM Asset Services and CDF are strategic partners and intend to develop and provide services for pooled investment market participants in collaboration.

INFINITUM is the head organization of the same-name group of companies along with the consulting company and technical center. Now CDF constitutes a part of INFINITUM Group.

Based on technologies and support from INFINITUM, CDF will get an opportunity to provide more services for its clients in the nearest future.
