INFINITUM in TOP 3 Largest Depositories of Russia

According to ranking results, INFINITUM became one of the TOP 3 largest Russian depositories and was ranked AAA, the highest reliability rating.

The ranking was carried out by the Financial Studies Development Foundation Infrastructure Institute (INFI) within the scope of the joint project with the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD) according to the results of 2014.

INFI/PARTAD National Depository Rating is an assessment of depositories in terms of their reliability. The ranking is calculated by the improved Methods that allowed to take into account the use of electronic document management technologies by the depositories, the amount of insurance cover under the contract for depository professional liability insurance, as well as qualitative indicators characterizing the mechanisms of interaction between the companies and the Central Depository. Following the calculation results, the participating organizations were grouped depending on the scored rating points by the relevant reliability groups: Class A (high reliability), B (adequate reliability) and C (inadequate reliability). Among disclosable ranking results, the compositions of Class A Reliability groups (AAA, AA and A) and Class B Reliability groups (BBB and BB) were announced.

According to the rating results, INFINITUM received the highest rating - AAA.

In addition, INFI/PARTAD presented a depository ranking based on the results of 2014. According to the research, INFINITUM became one of the Top 3 largest depositories by the market value of serviced securities. At the end of 2014, this figure amounted to 600.8 billion rubles.

In total, 33 companies took part in the annual ranking of depositaries.
