INFINITUM received a certificate of compliance with the established requirements for the risk management and internal control systems of the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD)

Based on the results of the assessment, PARTAD specialists concluded that the risk management and internal control system of INFINITUM Asset Services complies with certification requirements, including PARTAD Internal Standard of Risk Management and Internal Control approved by the PARTAD Board of Directors.

It is noted in the Assessment Report that risk management is an integral part of all INFINITUM processes. Internal control ensures the general reliability and efficiency of processes. As a result, the company has adequate management procedures in place for any material (significant) risk. The level of development of the risk management and internal control system in INFINITUM ensures timely response to changes in internal and external factors.
